This podcast episode is meant to give you tools for managing your emotions to better connect with others in a meaningful way during stressful times…such as the holidays. 😊 

In this discussion, we will address relationship questions and offer advice on how to set firm and kind boundaries and give yourself the space and time you need to reset and enjoy your holiday season.
