Event Details

This practice can be used to boost our health, strength, and well-being. The goal is to come away feeling refreshed and reenergized. This practice is for everyone. Modifications will be shared.

We will connect movement to the breath and come to an all-four’s position for more stretching, lengthening, and strengthening positions like low lunge and child’s pose. Balance poses, strengthening poses and standing flows to generate heat will be included.
