Cooper recently started his junior year at Liberty High School in North Liberty, Iowa. Cooper was referred to the Student Advisory Board for the Iowa School Mental Health Initiative by one of his National Honors Society’s Sponsors. Cooper is apart of the Students For Environmental Action Club and is a president of his school’s community service club. He is passionate about his learning and has plans to attend a school along the East Coast. He has been driven to make a difference in the way people see and react to mental illnesses since a classmate of his committed suicide in early 2022.
