Biography

Coreen Frank is currently employed in the Iowa City Community School District (ICCSD) as the Coordinator of Learning Supports. In addition to overseeing various district programs and partnerships aimed at increasing support and services available to students and their families, she is a member of the district’s Social-Emotional-Behavioral Health (SEBH) leadership team. Over the past 20 years, Coreen has served the ICCSD community in a number of ways ranging from direct support of students and families at the elementary level to coordination of federally-funded mentoring programs for 4th-8th graders to district-wide oversight of K12 school-based mental health services. Coreen holds a Master’s of Science in Education in the field of School Psychology from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She prides herself in being a life-long learner, enjoys finding ways to grow leadership capacity in others and is passionate about education.
