Event Details

During this episode, Dr. Shelli Kesler will engage in a discussion that will guide/encourage participants to think about how and why they should care for their intellectual wellness. Caring for your intellectual wellness allows you to participate in activities that cultivate mental growth – improving concentration, memory, and critical thinking skills.

Reading, doing challenging puzzles, thinking through a creative project, learning how to play a musical instrument, etc., are examples of ways we can improve our intellectual dimension of wellness.

This session has been designed to help us understand why it’s important to continue to challenge our minds and stimulate our curiosity and creativity.

Join us live on Wednesday, March 22 from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. on the Scanlan Center for School Mental Health’s YouTube channel or Facebook page.
