A Scanlan Center for School Mental Health workshop for college/university faculty and staff

We all engage in “Impostering” or believing we are not good, not deserving enough, or not producing enough in our lives at the university. 

This workshop assists you with learning:

1. The definitions of Imposter Syndrome

2. What steps you can take to partially undo Imposter Syndrome

3. The systems that contribute to creating Imposter Syndrome.

You are never alone! There are partners to support you in finding campus mental health and well-being resources.
