Event Details

Breath is the one thing that all of us have access to every single day! This workshop will provide educators with their own personal tools for emotional regulation and stress relief through the tool of mindful breathing. And the best part is that those same tools can be implemented in their classrooms with students in the coming school year! 

Through Mindful Attention on the breath, participants will learn how to:

  • Enhance their own health & well-being 
  • Use mindful breathing within their professional roles
  • Foster a classroom culture that promotes emotional regulation as a tool for good decision making
