Participants will also gain an understanding of how mindfulness supports academic, behavioral, emotional, and physical learning

Learning Goals:

  1. The learner will identify what mindfulness is.
  2. The learner will interpret why mindfulness impacts learners.
  3. The learner will develop and manipulate 5 mindful practices to help student self-awareness and self-management.
