In this workshop, Dr. Nesi will share the latest research on social media and smartphone use, including key risks and benefits for adolescents. We’ll explore practical, science-backed tips for navigating common digital challenges and promoting healthy social media use. Finally, we’ll discuss strategies for supporting adolescents’ self-esteem and mental health in the age of social media.
