It can be exhausting working with someone who is emotionally upset and despite your best efforts to make things better, it only seems to get worse.  This workshop walks you through the steps to learn: 

1.  What causes emotional escalation

2. What the steps are to take to engage in emotional de-escalation

3. How to take care of yourself in interactions that can be trying.

You are never alone! There are partners to support you in finding campus mental health and well-being resources.
