This session helps participants better understand how the modern environment impacts focus, energy, habits, and overall performance both personally and professionally. Participants will learn practical strategies to build awareness around daily behaviors, reduce overwhelm, and create simple foundational habits that support long-term wellbeing. Through reflection and actionable tools, attendees will leave with a personalized starting point for improving focus, consistency, and overall quality of life.
