Biography

Jess Pavelich is a social worker for the Scanlan Center for School Mental Health, providing support in complex case management and coordination of mental health care. 

Before joining the Scanlan Center, Jess spent time with the young parents and adolescent pregnancy prevention division of United Action for Youth, at Iowa Biosciences Advantage, and as a social worker for University of Iowa Health Care.  

Jess loves traveling to Atlanta and Tempe to visit her kids, and during the warm months, you can find her gardening.

Education 

  • Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, University of Iowa
