Description: This interactive webinar is designed to help educators manage stress and cultivate contentment through joyful self-care strategies. Participants will explore key sources of stress in the teaching profession and learn practical techniques to find joy, build supportive relationships, and create moments of peace in their daily lives. The session emphasizes personal reflection, group discussions, and hands-on activities, including chair yoga and mindfulness practices. Attendees will leave with a personalized self-care action plan they can immediately implement.

Learning Goals: 1) Recognize common stressors facing educators today, such as national education controversies and the politicization of education. 2) Understand that addressing stress requires both personal action and systemic awareness. Implement three strategies for cultivating contentment: Find Your Joy, Find Your People, and Find Your Peace. 3) Develop a personalized self-care action plan to sustain long-term well-being.
