Struggling to collaborate with that one coworker who always pushes your buttons? Their approach clashes with yours, their tone feels dismissive, and collaboration feels like a chore. Yet, success hinges on your ability to work together even when personalities clash. You're not alone — and you’re invited to a workshop that can help.

Join our next Snackable Skills online workshop, “Getting Along Without Losing It: When You Just Have to Make It Work,” on Tuesday, June 24, from 2–3 p.m. The session will be led by Talinda Pettigrew, MBA, PHR, CMHR.

"Snackable Skills" workshops provide bite-sized, practical skills you can apply in various aspects of your professional and personal lives.

You will learn how to find common ground when the relationship feels like a constant uphill battle and how to stay focused, professional, and resilient, contributing to your own well-being and a more effective workspace.

This workshop will:

  • Equip participants with practical, “snackable” skills for working professionally with colleagues they may not personally like.

  • Foster a positive work environment through improved communication and conflict management.

  • Provide tools for maintaining emotional resilience and setting healthy boundaries.
