Learning Goals

One 75-Minute Session

  1. Develop awareness of signs and symptoms of eating disorders
  2. Increase knowledge about the levels of care and support available for individuals with eating disorders 
  3. Gain understanding of how to connect students and families with resources for eating disorders

Three 75-Minute Sessions/ Full-Day Workshop

  1. Develop awareness of signs and symptoms of eating disorders
  2. Learn how to conduct a thorough eating disorder assessment
  3. Increase knowledge about the levels of care and support available for individuals with eating disorders
  4. Gain understanding of how to connect students and families with resources for eating disorders
  5. Role-playing opportunities

The full-day workshop also includes Dr. Amanda Elliott's in-depth session on medical complications of eating disorders and assessment information.

Training Details

  • Modality: Virtual or In-Person
  • Length: 1 - 75-minute session, 3 - 75-minute sessions, or full-day workshop
  • Cost: $625 for 1-75-minute session; $1,875 for 3 - 75-minutes sessions; $5,000 for full-day workshop (+ cost of presenters' travel if in-person) 
  • Training Capacity: A minimum of 10 participants is required to host this training.
